	I couldn&#39;t explain it very well over the phone, &nbsp;so he waited patiently while I drove from Stilwell, ks to Smithville,Mo</p>

	to show him how to get it out. &nbsp; That was proof of his patients. &nbsp;From then on, He taught me many things</p>

	about locks.</p>
